My name is Jillian Nicholas and I'm the proud owner of Belgrave Park
Alpacas which I originally established in the Barrington Tops in 1992 and
relocated to Hartley in 1997. My alpacas have continued to flourish in the
beautiful Blue Mountains west of Sydney at an altitude of 960 metres with
a cool dry climate conducive to healthy alpaca breeding.
Belgrave Park is 120 acres nestled under the Hassan’s Walls escarpment. My aim is to improve the land, preserve wildlife and trees, and farm organically using biodynamic practices. Each year I plan to improve the genetics of the Alpacas incorporating fleece fineness, density and character on a strong well conformed frame. I love breeding white and coloured Huacaya and Suri alpacas, with my herd being predominantly coloured animals.
The Stud is an easy 2 hour drive from Sydney along the M4 or 1½ hour from Windsor along the scenic Bells Line of Road. My phone number is on the Contact Us page and a mud map is on the Location page.

Or have a coffee on the deck overlooking the alpacas and hear about the adventures of country life with alpacas and meet my furry friends.
Perhaps stay in one of the lovely B&Bs in the area or a first class heritage hotel. Enjoy a meal at many of the award winning restaurants close by. There are extensive National Parks and scenic tours in our area. Around the corner from Belgrave Park is the Hartley Historical Village.
